Our Bayou Classic's aluminum stock pots are 99% PURE RESTAURANT GRADE ALUMINUM and are a better brand of aluminum stock pots compared to other brands of aluminum stock pots. The difference between our aluminum stock pots and other known brands of aluminum stock pots are the thickness. With other brands, you'll find that their aluminum stock pots may be thick around the sides of the stock pot, however, test the bottom. The bottom of the aluminum stock pot is paper thin.
